PREPPING for those hard to reach
places...

Prepping welded blades in the tight areas prior to polishing can be a challenge.
A right angle die grinder with a custom collet is too tall to reach in
between the blades. We devised an item that we call a double-backed
Scotch-Brite that enables you to reach those difficult spots.

Cut the center out of a 2" Roloc disc and place it against
the back of another 2" Roloc disc. Lock it down on a
2" pad.

|
|
|
Now you can turn your right angle die grinder upside down when you
need to get in between the blades.
|
|
Follow the standard procedure - coarse, medium and fine, then
proceed with polishing.
